As a Senior Account Manager at Ashfield MedComms, you will have primary client services responsibility for the management of 1 or more client publications accounts and for maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders. You will lead, manage and proactively develop accounts so that the goals of the client and group are met. As an account lead you will be responsible for overall client satisfaction, the financial performance of your account, delivering operational efficiency, facilitating sustained organic growth, and participating in the achievement of new business development targets.
