We focus on providing precise, cost-effective, and prompt building measurement takeoff reports. We cater to a diverse clientele, including Contractors, Distributors, Manufacturers, P&C Insurance Companies, Adjusters, Architects, Engineers, and many others. Leveraging cutting-edge aerial imagery and proprietary state-of-the-art CAD software, we ensure the highest accuracy in our reports. We also offer new construction contractors detailed takeoff reports based on a simple blueprint upload to our platform.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years in account management or customer-facing sales roles
  • Proven success growing and retaining a recurring revenue book
  • Competitive, resilient, and self-motivated
  • Strong negotiator and relationship builder
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, disruptive tech environment
  • Hungry to advance into senior leadership roles within 1–2 years

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a regional book of recurring-revenue accounts
  • Proactively engage customers through outbound calls, training, and value-driven conversations
  • Sell and expand usage of: Takeoff Reports Monthly Memberships SaaS Solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering ROI and real business impact
  • Own CRM activity, account handoffs, and monthly membership closes
  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Service to deliver a standout customer experience
  • Track and report KPIs: activity, retention, expansion, and forecasts
  • Maintain strong daily activity: 70+ outbound calls
  • Daily follow-ups
