About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our East Coast B2B Distribution Sales Team. In this role, you'll help bring LG's AV and IT innovations to life-solutions that elevate how people connect, communicate, and experience technology. This is a home-office-based position, ideally located near a major East Coast city with convenient airport access. We're looking for a seasoned professional with strong knowledge of the AV and IT distribution ecosystem and a passion for building meaningful partnerships. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll unite cross-functional teams and distribution partners to expand LG's presence and impact across the AV and IT reseller community. Your work will help grow brand love, deepen customer engagement, and ensure our solutions reach the people who need them most.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of proven success in AV or IT network solution sales
  • Experience with AV or IT technology solutions (large/small format displays, collaboration tools, digital signage, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen across sales, marketing, operations, and finance
  • A people-first mindset: energized by interacting with customers, end users, and OEMs
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% for customer visits, events, and trade shows

Nice To Haves

  • Established relationships within AV or IT distribution channels preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing strategies to grow LG's market share within assigned distribution partners
  • Aligning cross-functional teams to execute divisional and channel strategies with clarity and purpose
  • Meeting and exceeding business goals across total revenue and individual product categories
  • Leading and supporting go-to-market planning, tracking performance, and sharing insights
  • Managing forecast accuracy in partnership with Product Management
  • Optimizing channel inventory and addressing overstock or aged product challenges
  • Driving monthly sales plans, action items, and resource adjustments in a dynamic market
  • Expanding depth and breadth of reseller relationships
  • Monitoring competitive activity and responding with smart, proactive actions
  • Managing sales and marketing investments to maximize ROI and brand visibility
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance marketing strategy and execution
  • Handling administrative tasks with the support of Inside Sales
  • Representing LG at trade shows, customer events, and industry engagements
