Role Summary The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and is responsible for helping them get real value from their marketing investment. This role is about ownership and leadership, not just managing communication. The Account Manager works with internal specialists to guide strategy, interpret performance, and help clients make smarter marketing decisions. The person in this role must be comfortable thinking critically, asking good questions, and helping clients understand what is working, what needs to change, and where the opportunities are.
