Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience; State Life & Health License required
  • 2+ years of client-facing or account management experience (4–7 years for Senior designation) with strong technical knowledge of employee benefits
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support client needs from both strategic and tactical perspectives

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client and vendor service issues while driving timely execution of client lifecycle deliverables in support of the Consultant
  • Lead and support key client deliverables, including RFPs, compliance materials, contract and plan document reviews, and client presentations
  • Coordinate and triage requests across internal and external teams, perform quality reviews, mentor Analysts, and stay current on industry trends and regulations
