About The Position

DisclosedRx, is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to support business strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • MUST BE IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN
  • 3+ years in progressive account or customer management roles.
  • 1+ years of project leadership experience.
  • Experience partnering with Account Executives to manage client relationships.
  • Pharmacy, PBM, or TPA experience, and/or pharmacy tech experience.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Member service, customer service, claims processing experience

Responsibilities

  • Developing strong, effective relationships with clients.
  • Support new client implementations, including incoming member disruption claims review, pre and post go live testing and claims monitoring
  • Researching and resolving member issues presented by clients.
  • Managing retention and satisfaction for designated customers.
  • Coordinating client communications and tracking client-specific results.
  • Participating in account reviews with Strategic Account Executives.
  • Proposing business enhancements to reduce errors and drive growth.
  • Training and mentoring other Account Managers.
