About The Position

In this role, you will significantly contribute to the growth and success of large enterprise clients. You will be responsible for cultivating trusted relationships with key stakeholders and driving revenue through strategic initiatives. This is an opportunity to work with high-potential accounts and influence compliance programs globally while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will be essential in achieving growth targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise account management or strategic sales experience in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of driving expansion and cross-sell within large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Strong consultative, value-based selling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder, multi-product, and long sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS pricing, contract structures, and renewal mechanics.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into risk, compliance, ESG, legal, or regulated enterprise environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue targets, forecasts, and commercial outcomes for a named portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Achieve or exceed ARR growth targets through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Lead renewal and expansion negotiations, ensuring timely, value-driven outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans outlining growth strategy and revenue targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned to customer maturity and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align commercial strategy and success plans.
