About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving customer retention and revenue growth by engaging with clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You'll serve as the main point of communication between our customers and the partner brands. Your insights and actions will directly influence customer satisfaction and loyalty, as you work to align customer objectives with our service offerings. The position operates remotely, allowing you to contribute effectively from anywhere, while also requiring occasional travel for client meetings. Your role is essential in fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring the delivery of superior service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in the food service or SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with CRM, Jira, and Customer Service Software.
  • Ability to travel overnight a few nights per month.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, including industry executives.
  • Own customer communication on behalf of the partner company.
  • Retain and document detailed knowledge of customers' business and notable changes.
  • Maintain a database and communicate important customer information.
  • Lead and manage preparations for client meetings, including on-site visits.
  • Achieve established standards for customer portfolio retention.
  • Proactively review customer accounts for upselling opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer needs to ensure high-quality service and communication.
  • Work with Customer Success teams on escalated customer issues.
  • Notify the Product team of priority enhancement requests for customer retention.
