The Senior Enterprise Account Manager owns and grows a portfolio of high-value US Government and commercial accounts. Your mission is to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR), ensure high renewal rates, and expand customer advocacy usage of Maltego solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to mission owners, procurement leaders, and users (in collaboration with Customer Success), ensuring customers realize value from Maltego, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and turning satisfied customers into advocates. This position is instrumental in maximizing account value, deepening client relationships, and ensuring alignment with Maltego’s strategic objectives in the region.
