The Senior Account Manager is the service experience leader of the client team, supporting/implementing the risk management/insurance program strategies. For larger more complex risks, the Senior Account Manager supports the Account Executive in program administration, marketing and placement, and carrier management. For middle market risks, the Senior Account Manager serves as the primary relationship leader, responsible for translating risk and loss profiles into solutions for program design and pre and post loss risk strategies. He or she also provides direction and works with the Account Analyst to deliver on client needs.
