Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Personal Lines Account Management, with at least 3 years in the high-net-worth or Private Client segment.
  • Experience with high-net-worth insurance carriers such as Chubb, PURE, Private Client Select, Cincinnati, Berkley One, and Vault.
  • Proven ability to manage complex insurance portfolios, including admitted and non-admitted policies, with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverages and endorsements.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems (preferably Applied Epic).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Current Texas General Lines – Property & Casualty license required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a sophisticated book of personal lines business for affluent individuals and families, exercising independent judgment, autonomy, and decision-making.
  • Conduct annual account reviews and client meetings to assess coverage adequacy, identify exposures, and recommend program enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Producers and internal HUB colleagues on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewals while adhering to HUB’s best practices and procedures.
  • Oversee preparation, documentation, and processing of all policy transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s insurance objectives and critically analyze insurance plans to ensure suitability and comprehensive protection.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and carriers, proactively resolving service, billing, and claims issues.
  • Identify opportunities for program improvement, account rounding, and cross-selling to enhance client relationships and support departmental growth goals.
