Requirements

  • Strong negotiating and leveraging data abilities to showcase performance in a way that unlocks business outcomes/growth
  • Proven track record in project management, managing multiple projects concurrently with unwavering attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decipher data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships while proactively identifying growth opportunities.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and delivering measurable improvements in campaign performance.
  • Ensure all client KPIs are met or exceeded within the first 6 months.
  • Collaborate with Sales, User Acquisition, Editorial, Analytics, Media Ops, Finance, and Business Stakeholders to flawlessly execute client onboardings and ongoing campaign management, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
  • Present performance marketing data in a compelling and strategic manner, translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain meticulous control over project timelines, budgets, and execution processes, improving internal efficiency and communication across teams.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, user acquisition strategies, and media buying platforms to drive campaign innovation.
