About The Position

160over90 is seeking a Senior Account Manager that will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a client’s activation programs. The position will report to the Account Director and will be based in Miami, FL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of agency or client-based account management experience (specific disciplines could include sponsorship marketing, partnership marketing, event marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing)
  • Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with client and agency(s)
  • Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics
  • Experience working with internal teams (account/creative) as well as other agency partners
  • Superior client relationship/service skills
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation for decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data visualization tools).
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
  • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel ~10% of the time
  • Exceptional in MS Office Suite
  • Experience working with payment companies, finance or retail banking a plus

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day support of client's sponsorship activation and marketing
  • Develop and maintain advanced tracking dashboards and reports in Excel to monitor sponsorship ROI, campaign performance, and budget utilization.
  • Leverage data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations that inform client strategy and optimization of marketing activations.
  • Consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources (partners, vendors, internal tools) to support quarterly and annual business reviews.
  • Support financial tracking and budget reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency in client reporting.
  • Establish the tracking process for sponsorship related initiatives including package tracking and marketing services tracking
  • Develop or update sponsorship regional guidelines for partnership properties
  • Coordinate and manage necessary weekly and bi-weekly calls
  • Support the creation and implementation of sponsorship marketing materials for the local market.
  • Provide and analyze industry trends, research, competitive analysis, and POVs
  • Ongoing exploration of partnerships strategy based on client needs
  • Coordination and management of ticketing process for premium events
  • Support, follow up and track all merchandise requests
  • Support tracking, audit, approval of any Visa sponsorship
  • Provide recap reports of activations
  • Collaborate with external properties and internal Endeavor divisions
  • Attend client events, as necessary
