About The Position

The Global Delivery Partnerships (GDP) team manages Uber's most strategic global restaurant relationships, partnering with large, complex brands to drive growth, reliability, and innovation across the platform. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll lead one of Uber's largest enterprise accounts shaping commercial strategy, influencing product and operational priorities, and driving measurable impact on revenue, customer experience, and merchant satisfaction. The environment is fast-changing, requiring constant trade-offs between partner needs and Uber's platform goals. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, partnerships, or business development.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Proven ability to define, negotiate, and execute complex commercial contracts with partners.

  • Experience in food delivery, QSR, or multi-unit retail industries.
  • Deep understanding of Delivery-as-a-Service (1P) and marketplace (3P) models.
  • Demonstrated success leading joint business planning and performance marketing initiatives.

  • Proven track record of managing C-suite or VP-level partnerships in large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of a top enterprise account, driving strategy, growth, and execution.
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel business plan that aligns operational, marketing, and product levers to achieve revenue goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product to drive delivery excellence and joint innovation.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior external stakeholders while influencing internal teams to deliver on partner needs.
  • Lead commercial discussions and strategic initiatives that define Uber's role as a preferred partner for large restaurant systems.
