About The Position

The position involves creating and defining sales opportunities through engagement with key stakeholders and identifying their needs. The candidate will lead the response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), negotiate contracts, and ensure that agreements are satisfactory for both parties. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the Account Executive and Customer Success Manager to implement agreed solutions, overseeing the implementation process, and advocating for customer needs throughout. The position also emphasizes account management, driving customer success, and seeking additional opportunities for account expansion and profitable growth. The candidate will foster partnerships with senior decision-makers to sustain business revenue, manage renewals, and reinforce the value of customer relationships through effective communication and strategic planning.
