We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our restaurant partners and shaping the growth of our team. As a Sr. RSM, you won’t just manage accounts. You’ll own strategy for high-value partners, influence revenue operations, and act as a mentor for other RSMs. This role is quota-carrying and revenue-driven, but also highly consultative: you’ll work with executive-level stakeholders at our restaurant partners to uncover opportunities, deliver measurable ROI, and drive adoption of Seated’s platform. You’ll also partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, help refine internal processes, and set the standard for excellence on the Restaurant Success team.
