About The Position

The Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and will be responsible for managing and growing these relationships for 829's B2B, B2C, and D2C clients. This role requires a blend of individual contribution and teamwork, focusing on the implementation and execution of digital marketing programs across various channels, including SEM, Facebook, SEO, Social Media, and web analytics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong general marketing background, superior presentation and communication skills, and hands-on experience managing media, PPC, or other digital channels. In this position, you will act as a client-facing consultant to identify, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns and programs for enterprise clients. You will manage day-to-day communication and oversee all account-related activities, ensuring consistent account performance against defined KPIs. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion of client projects. You will also work closely with the leadership team to review account performance regularly and identify opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including senior-level executives and decision-makers. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing is crucial. You will also support new business efforts, confidently taking initial intro calls with prospects, developing new business content, and leading pitches for new business presentations. Providing leadership and direction to junior team members and supporting their personal and career development will also be part of your responsibilities. Lastly, you will actively participate in team outings and engagement opportunities to foster a strong agency culture.
