About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Senior Account Lead to play a pivotal role in building and scaling the airline arm of Vantage’s commerce media business. This is a foundational opportunity to drive success for our most critical airline partnerships, navigating the unique intersection of travel data and commerce media. As a senior member of the team, you will drive client success through cross-functional coordination while designing the processes that support Vantage’s expansion into the aviation sector. Location: This is a remote role. To ensure seamless collaboration with our core team and clients, candidates must be based in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone within the USA or Canada. The Role This is an ideal opportunity for accomplished account professionals who bring deep commerce media experience, strong Ad platform knowledge, and a consultative, analytics-driven approach to client management. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior airline stakeholders, guiding them through SaaS platform adoption and proactively identifying opportunities to monetize travel audiences and maximize revenue impact. You will bridge the gap between product and project management, leveraging a deep understanding of ad and mar-tech solutions to drive growth in this specialized high-growth vertical.

Requirements

  • Domain Interest: A passion for the evolution of commerce media and its application within the travel and aviation sectors.
  • Experience: Significant experience in account management or custoemr success—specifically across ad-tech, mar-tech, or commerce media. Experience with major Ad Platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and platforms such as Customer Data Platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to master complex systems and leverage tools such as Smartsheets, HubSpot, Asana, Jira, and G-Suite.
  • Communication: Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders within the airline and travel industry.
  • Strategic Mindset: A thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and excels at building structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to exceed goals and operate with a high degree of ownership while working in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Vertical Strategy: Serve as the primary lead for our airline commerce media client, aligning Vantage’s solutions with the specific objectives of the travel and loyalty ecosystem.
  • Launch Process Architecture: Architect and refine launch processes for our airline partner, ensuring cross-functional teams (Product, Ad Ops, and Sales) are aligned for takeoff.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead recurring strategy sessions and QBRs, delivering data-driven insights that translate traveler behavior into actionable marketing roadmaps.
  • Platform Enablement: Facilitate advanced platform training for new users, collaborating with Ad Ops to ensure seamless technical onboarding.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee procurement, contracting, and technical integration workflows, ensuring a smooth transition from initial sale to full-scale execution.
  • SaaS & Project Mastery: Manage timelines, risks, and requirements across complex product workstreams using a high degree of technical aptitude.
  • Operational Contribution: Share delivery learnings to help refine airline launch processes, documentation, and best practices as Vantage scales its airline business.
