About The Position

This role involves travel for in-person client meetings as needed to build relationships and drive business growth. As a Senior Account Executive at RDA, you'll drive business development in your region, selling strategic consulting and digital services. This role requires deep experience in the digital consulting ecosystem —someone who understands CMS, DXP, Ecommerce, DAM, and enterprise digital solutions from both a sales and strategic perspective.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in service-based sales within a digital agency, consultancy, or professional services firm.
  • Experience with CMS, DXP, Ecommerce, Search, DAM, PIM, Intranet, or Customer Portals.
  • Success in leveraging channel partnerships to drive revenue.
  • Ability to convey complex solutions to senior executives.
  • Willingness to travel for key client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your industry experience to drive new business.
  • Help clients define objectives and success factors.
  • Expand service-based solutions like consulting, platform implementation, and app development.
  • Work with executives to craft custom strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver high-impact projects.
  • Manage deals from lead to closing.
  • Align with partners to drive revenue.
  • Use tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and HubSpot to accelerate growth.
