Popl is defining a new category called In-Person Go-To-Market, helping revenue teams convert real-world interactions like trade shows, conferences, field events, and meetings into measurable pipeline and revenue. Their AI-native platform facilitates event lead capture, enrichment, and real-time CRM sync, transforming every badge scan into a high-quality, actionable lead. In a world where digital channels are saturated, Popl is building the infrastructure that makes in-person GTM measurable, scalable, and revenue-driving. Their mission is to help companies around the world turn in-person events into a measurable and scalable growth channel. The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, specifically with mid-market to enterprise-level companies, a deep understanding of the mid-market segment, and the drive to exceed sales targets. This role is for someone passionate about sales, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to make an impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mid-market sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and tools like Zoom, LinkedIn, and others for engaging inbound leads.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively via Zoom calls, emails, and phone calls.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

  • Established network of mid-market contacts and decision-makers.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and derive actionable insights to improve performance.

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-quality inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, BDRs, and conferences, qualifying and converting them into happy Popl customers.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by accurately tracking and updating opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value of Popl’s solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to strategically position Popl’s offerings.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and continuous improvement of our sales process.
