Uber AI Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Executive to work out of our San Francisco office location. As our team scales up, we are in need of someone who knows how to operate within Uber, and can effectively connect with folks on verticals such as AV, Robotics, and Government. This is an opportunity to join a division still in its early phase of growth and drive real impact for the future of Uber. Our team is responsible for assisting clients create new ML models by providing staffing, training, evaluation, human in the loop, and program management muscle to build the future of AI.

  • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential customers across AV, Robotics & Government Sectors.
  • Attend & generate meaningful leads from Industry events
  • Sign new logos, upsell, and manage accounts once closed
  • 6+ years B2B sales experience (minimum 3 years in a full sales cycle role: prospecting, outreach, pitching & closing) in a technology environment
  • Experience with consultative sales, consulting, sales and preparing statements of work
  • Experience selling new products or in new markets
  • Proven ability to collect feedback from customers on products, services, and pricing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years B2B sales experience in a technology environment
  • Experience working with legal and procurement teams and/or senior stakeholders
  • Ability to gather and translate customer technical requirements into solutions, with experience running pilots or trials to drive customer adoption and support deal closure
  • Adept at Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets - reporting, data analysis, and process improvement
  • Revenue/forecasting experience
  • Experience working in a start-up or entrepreneurial work environment
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success selling in challenging market conditions and partnering with Product teams to shape roadmap and development
  • Experience using Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Salesforce.
  • Proven experience securing new business meetings through cold outreach and partnering effectively with BDR/SDR teams to build pipeline.
  • Experience representing the company at industry events and building relationships to generate leads and drive business opportunities
