About The Position

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service ad agency located in sunny Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a freelance Senior Account Executive to join our Hyundai team! This is an on-going, long term freelance role. We are a hybrid workplace, x3 week in-office. Candidates must be local to SoCal. POSITION OVERVIEW The Sr AE position requires the ability to effectively manage projects from start to finish by demonstrating strong people & collaboration skills across all departments. This person possesses great attitude, organizational and interpersonal skills and can manage numerous projects at once. This person has led production projects before and is able to trouble-shoot and/or flag any foreseeable challenges.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency
  • Previous production experience: Radio, Digital, Print, Sponsorships
  • Knowledgeable with assessing KPIs and performance reports
  • Knowledgeable in MS software (Word, Power Point, and Excel), Google Docs and highly skilled in presentation deck development (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc)
  • Strong presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Social media experience within an agency or in-house experience is a plus
  • A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube platforms will be helpful in this role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team on a daily basis to identify project expectations against both small/large campaign initiatives
  • Take ownership of assigned project/deliverables and facilitate work-flow across internal teams and vendors
  • Coordinate the execution of assigned production activities - including radio, asset pack (photography/video), OOH, POS and media sponsorships / integrations
  • Manage organic, paid & evergreen social media campaigns (collaborate with Project Management, Creative, Production, Business Affairs & Community Managers to execute successful campaigns)
  • Manage Ambassador, Influencer & Creator campaigns (ideating to inform sourcing, briefing creators, deliverables reviews and supporting Account Supervisor with vendor relationship management)
  • Stay up to date with current social media industry trends & platform updates to contribute to overall campaign success
  • Guide the day-to-day development of assigned activities to ensure there is consistency in messaging/communication efforts
  • Ensure that progressive stages are met with adequate time to trouble sheet foreseeable challenges
  • Provide effective and efficient use of agency resources and processes to ensure projects are delivered as promised in terms of content, time and budget
  • Understand the expectations of, and communicate effectively with, all agency team members
  • Prepare accurate and timely internal communication: conference reports, job request, assignment summaries, etc.
  • Contribute to the development of project and/or annual client planning documents, SOWs - as required.
  • Adherence to financial and operating procedures; prepares client job requests, routes estimates, finalizes and distributes billing info for tracking purposes, etc.
  • Support client meeting needs (presentation, brainstorming sessions, status reports, budget updates, marketing decks, etc.)
  • Prepare and distribute project and creative updates and/or summaries to clients as needed (i.e. newsletters)
  • Anticipate, and proactively make the Management Supervisor aware of any and all expected challenges
  • Maintain confidentiality while working closely with client regarding all aspects of campaigns and projects
  • Strong collaboration and management across channels and partner agencies
