About The Position

As a Senior Account Executive at Maleda Tech, you will join a dynamic team working with a premier travel technology platform. Your primary focus will be identifying and converting cold leads into warm sales opportunities, while occasionally managing the full sales funnel to facilitate the acquisition of high-quality hotel inventory. You'll be instrumental in building market presence within the hospitality sector, collaborating with hotels and chains to ensure our platform consistently offers the best inventory and deals for guests.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or technology sectors
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends, particularly in Florida
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions
  • Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Transform cold leads into warm sales opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building
  • Market Development: Build and expand market presence in the hotel category, particularly in Florida
  • Partnership Management: Develop and maintain relationships with hotels and chains, handling daily operations and negotiations
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align on strategy and maximize inventory quality
  • Inventory Optimization: Ensure the platform consistently offers premium hotel inventory and exceptional deals
  • Sales Funnel Management: Occasionally manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
