We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Account Executive to join one of our Commercial Lines teams .

Requirements

  • 5-7 years + Commercial Lines experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to property and casualty accounts (within a specific product segment or industry vertical); effectively market to carriers and customers; develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Knowledge of all forms of property and casualty coverage rating.
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products; EPIC experience preferred
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Valid P&C license required

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for servicing middle market commercial lines accounts
  • Evaluate and process underwriting information from clients
  • Negotiate renewals to obtain best rates, terms and conditions on behalf of clients
  • Inform and educated clients about coverages and exposures
  • Review commercial quotes, binders, invoices, and certificates/evidence of insurance for accuracy and completion
  • Prepare commercial applications and forwarded to underwriters for consideration
  • Provide annual reports of coverages, premium payments and incurred property and liability losses for auditors and accountants
  • Maintain relationships with MGA’s (Managing General Agents) of funded projects and introduced and implemented risk reduction management programs for safety that met and exceed State and Federal Requirements Inspection report recommendations.
  • Receive and process premium payments on all new lines, renewal and NOC’s
