Traditional Revenue Cycle Management processes often struggle with inefficiencies, costing providers up to 15% or more of their potential revenue. Adonis addresses these challenges by leveraging advanced automation, data science, and AI to create the infrastructure that RCM teams need to detect vulnerabilities, optimize workflows, and deploy precise solutions that drive reliable and scalable financial outcomes. Whether identifying issues before they escalate, recommending tailored resolutions, or automating the deployment of those resolutions, Adonis creates a seamless, future-proofed approach to RCM. Adonis is adding a new Senior Account Executive to join our growing team, to lead new business acquisition across health systems, medical groups, and RCM partners. You’ll own complex deals from discovery to close and work cross-functionally to position Adonis as a transformative platform for revenue cycle operations.

  • Lead Strategic Growth Across the Healthcare Ecosystem Own the entire sales cycle from pipeline generation through deal close.
  • Drive consultative, insight-led engagements with revenue cycle and finance executives.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases, ROI models, and structured evaluation plans.
  • Guide prospects through complex buying processes, balancing urgency and precision.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless alignment from first touch to signature.
  • Build Trust and Influence at the Executive Level Establish credibility with CFOs, COOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Champion Adonis’s value proposition and technical vision in high-impact discussions.
  • Navigate long-cycle, multi-threaded enterprise sales processes with confidence and clarity.
  • Deliver with Discipline and Transparency Maintain accurate, up-to-date forecasting and pipeline visibility in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly bookings targets and performance KPIs.
  • Provide market intelligence to influence go-to-market and product strategies.
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in healthcare or workflow automation.
  • Deep understanding of revenue cycle operations, pain points, and decision-making hierarchies.
  • Proven track record of closing $300K–$1M+ ACV deals.
  • Executive presence and a consultative approach to stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with EMRs (Epic, Athena, eCW) and clearinghouses (Waystar, Availity, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Experience selling AI, automation, or RCM SaaS platforms.
  • Background in revenue cycle consulting or healthcare operations.
  • Exposure to structured enterprise evaluations and formal procurement processes.
