Position Summary CSN Collision is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Senior Account Manager to support and grow our insurance partnerships across the U.S. market. This role is primarily focused on account management, relationship development, and partner satisfaction, ensuring our insurance partners receive exceptional service and consistent performance across our network. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with both external partners and internal teams to drive long-term success. While this role includes identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts, the primary focus is on retention, relationship management, and operational alignment, rather than new business development.
