PCS Software, Inc. is an AI platform for the transportation logistics marketspace, providing the trucking industry’s most effective transportation management system (TMS) to improve fleet management and delivery systems and increase profits for customers. Founded in 1997 and located in Houston, Texas, PCS Software is the leading developer of hosted software solutions designed specifically for the ground transportation industry. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building the PCS Software client base and procuring new business logos by contacting new prospects through cold calling and on-site customer visits, and closing multi-year licensing agreements. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, consistent follow-through, and solid organizational skills to provide best-in-class service to transportation and logistics customers. The Senior Account Executive must possess a strong "hunter" mentality and a proven record of meeting and exceeding past sales KPIs over the past 5 years. This position is based remotely in the Seattle, Washington metro area with approximately 20% scheduled regional travel to meet with clients on site and to attend trade shows and customer events. Compensation includes a base salary plus a monthly commission structure.
