Swanky is a Shopify Platinum Partner that delivers high-performance ecommerce solutions for ambitious retailers and brands across the UK and Europe. They are trusted by Shopify to manage large and complex projects, including international launches, platform migrations, and custom systems integrations. Due to increasing demand, Swanky is expanding its commercial team with an experienced Senior Account Executive. This is a consultative sales role primarily focused on qualifying and progressing inbound opportunities. The successful candidate will be central to shaping how prospective clients engage with Swanky, working closely with the Commercial Director and Management Team to build strong relationships, create tailored solutions, and convert enquiries into long-term engagements. The role involves fielding enquiries, leading discovery conversations, collaborating with internal teams to develop and price solutions, and guiding clients through the buying process. Swanky is looking for someone with knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem, an understanding of challenges faced by large retailers, and the ability to translate this into credible, solution-led conversations.
