About The Position

Make outbound calls to prospective and current clients. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the product, industry, and competitive environment. Build a sales pipeline through both your own and FlexNetworks efforts and activities. Maintain engagement with leads through proactive follow-up. Identify and present FlexNetworks portfolio of services and highlight the features and benefits. Use your knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects. Utilize persuasive objection and closing techniques that lead to signed agreements. Meet personal sales quotas as well as company targets. Utilize Salesforce.com to track progress with prospects. Participate in regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings and business review sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research new sales opportunities
  • Achieve sales and profit objectives of the Corporation
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date opportunity funnel, with proper staging and next steps.
  • Work closely with your Director and Sr. Sales Management to keep them apprised of all customer related activities.
  • Maintain and update all customer records in Salesforce.com as well as FlexNetworks internal storage drive.
