The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities while managing a portfolio of high-value accounts. This role focuses on fostering strong client relationships, understanding customer security needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The SAE aims to drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts and exemplary client service. What you’ll be doing (and doing well!): Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, working toward quarterly and annual targets. Conduct research to identify new leads and expand business within existing accounts. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving security needs and align solutions accordingly. Product Knowledge & Solution Delivery Present and demonstrate the company’s security solutions, aligning them with customer objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction. Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet both client needs and company objectives. Ensure contract terms are met and maintain accurate documentation. Market Insight & Feedback Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Provide client feedback to product teams to support innovation and product enhancements. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
