We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who loves building relationships, solving problems, and guiding clients through the complexities of employee benefits. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for your territory—helping clients navigate renewals, understand their benefit options, and make informed decisions that support their employees and their budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • A relationship‑builder who communicates with clarity and confidence.
  • A problem‑solver who enjoys digging into details and finding solutions.
  • Someone who thrives in a client‑facing role and can manage multiple priorities.
  • A team player who collaborates well across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
  • Strengthen long‑term relationships through proactive communication and consultative guidance.
  • Review client needs and recommend benefit solutions that align with their goals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance or expand existing programs.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations and share updates with clients.
  • Negotiate renewals and collaborate with carriers to secure competitive programs.
  • Lead presentations, open enrollment meetings, and employee orientations.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth installations, accurate billing, and timely issue resolution.
  • Assist with plan documents, SPDs, amendments, and contract proofing.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Support and mentor service team members.
