About The Position

Ironside is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead growth efforts across the New England territory. We’re looking for a customer-focused, relationship-driven solution seller—someone who leads with curiosity, asks “Why do you need this?”, and builds value-based partnerships. As a data analytics and consulting firm, Ironside succeeds by helping clients solve real problems. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of solution selling along with the business value of AI/ML, data analytics, BI, and cloud technologies (A good understanding of AWS is a plus).
  • Demonstrated history of building long-term relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners.
  • Consistent success meeting and exceeding sales quotas in enterprise sales environments.
  • 5–7+ years selling enterprise solutions to IT and business leaders in mid-market and large organizations, ideally within New England.
  • Solid technical acumen with the ability to translate complex solutions into meaningful business outcomes.
  • Experience using modern, innovative sales, marketing, and business development techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new logo opportunities while serving as the primary point of contact for existing clients—ensuring strong relationships, high satisfaction, and long-term account expansion.
  • Facilitate thoughtful discovery by asking the right questions, understanding business drivers, and identifying true customer value and requirements.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Ironside’s data, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud solutions.
  • Create innovative approaches to shorten the sales cycle while maintaining a customer-first experience.
  • Partner with Marketing on trade shows, webinars, regional events, and partner-driven programs.
  • Help develop and execute a strategic territory and account plan across New England.
