About The Position

As a Senior Account Executive on our content management team, you will gain exposure to top tier brands while working with teammates and cross-functional teams that bring a wealth of knowledge to each project. You will be supported by an Associate Account Executive, giving you the opportunity to manage and mentor lower-level team members. We are seeking someone with a passion for driving success through our people, process, and technology. You will support the cross-functional team in pioneering best practices and innovative processes that further our brand and elevate our ways of working within our content management system. You will regularly collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the agency to gain a full understanding behind the strategies, creative, and metrics that go into each project of varying complexity. You are an analytical problem-solver, diligent, and enjoy solving complex problems.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in relevant account management position
  • Prior experience in digital or product development is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with project/task management tools such as Jira and Airtable
  • Experience with product development, user acceptance criteria, and functional specs
  • Experience with digital content assets & web-based content management systems
  • Desire to deliver innovative solutions, executional excellence, and process optimizations
  • Adept at anticipating client needs and offering innovative solutions
  • Comfortable with a certain level of project ambiguity, and the flexibility to handle a changing environment
  • Versed in leading, establishing and motivating team members across multiple business lines to improve overall delivery and streamline efficiencies
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented
  • Ability to quickly adapt and evolve with new technology and tools
  • Self-motivated and proactive with superior organization skills and stellar attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge as a critical cross-functional connector as we integrate new tools and create new processes
  • Coordinate and lead day-to-day responsibilities of delivery of client's programs within the content management process
  • Coordinate content management product experience and enhancement workflows – keeping teams on track for acceptance criteria review and approval
  • Support Project Management team manage product defect and software release testing
  • Create and maintain delivery to scope, identifying risks and developing contingencies
  • Build and maintain client relationships based on trust, success, and product/process expertise
  • Lead and evolve our content management product, use cases, and training documentation with cross-functional leads; build strong relationships and partnership with cross-functional partners including Creative, Content Operations, Data, and Project Management
  • Manage programs with varying deadlines and manage and prioritize several projects simultaneously
  • Support new idea feasibility and problem solve alternate solutions, in partnership with Account Director
