About The Position

The Senior Account Executive – Premium Seating is responsible for selling new season seats and groups to the business community. The Senior Account Executive – Premium Seating will maintain contact with the client via phone, outside appointments and in-stadium visits. The overall goals are to increase the number of seasons seat holders/group buyers with superior customer experience/service and close relationship between the client and the Revolution. The role will also serve as a liaison to various other departments at Kraft Sports with a focus on generating additional ticket sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years experience in a related Sales role with revenue generation.
  • Prior experience utilizing a CRM system preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Results driven with the ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Highly computer proficient and skilled in working with databases and spreadsheets.
  • Well organized and attentive to detail.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous posture with team members and customers at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives new business in an effort to attain established sales goals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities in the Business Community through networking, cold calling, direct contact and the utilization of data and analytics.
  • Innovate new content, inventory or service offerings to up sell existing and new client relationships.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with client decision-makers that result in long-term partnerships and the retention of existing business.
  • Provide account service by serving as the liaison between the company and client to ensure exemplary client service.
  • Keep accurate CRM records and perform necessary follow up with customers to close sales.
  • Process orders by using the Archtics ticketing system and the Revolution intranet.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Revolution elements on game days and at Revolution events.
  • Meet weekly with management to evaluate sales results, establish best practices, and develop strategies that drive new business.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with various divisions across Kraft Sports.
  • Create and/or identify additional ticketing revenue generation channels through all of the Kraft companies.
  • Understand vendor relationships and identify areas to include Revolution products to enhance product offerings.
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
