As our Senior Account Executive on the Personal Lines team, you'll be responsible for providing the highest quality service to customers, selling new lines of coverage, and cross-selling within the existing book of business. The Senior Account Executive (SAE) will be the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company (MIB) and designated accounts, managing and controlling relationships with clients. Daily servicing of customers will include addressing various coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, handling and directing all inside service work associated with the clients' accounts, including endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, problem solving, renewal control, preparation of formal proposals, checking, and binding policies. The SAE should have experience in all areas of Personal Lines insurance and will inform the Producer on strategic account issues, claims, and other potential problems. The SAE is responsible for overseeing all processes related to renewals, account management, and new business development, ensuring Standard Operating Guidelines (SOG's) are used and followed for all insurance transactions.
