About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our best-in-class Healthcare team in New York. This role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, working closely with internal teams and client partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery and performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in paid social media, a passion for healthcare marketing, and an understanding of the regulatory considerations unique to pharmaceutical advertising. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media while expanding into broader multi-channel media strategy within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
  • Foundational understanding of paid social media channels, as well as light experience across integrated digital (programmatic, display, search, endemic).
  • Experience working with social ad platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Mediaocean (or equivalent) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience working in and contributing to an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Traditional media planning experience (print, broadcast, out-of-home) is preferred
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical advertising regulations and experience working within MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of primarily paid social campaigns, while learning and growing though other integrated digital media channels in the healthcare space, including, but not limited to endemic display, HCP channels, SEM, video, etc.
  • Support digital media planning efforts for assigned accounts by conducting research, gathering audience insights, and contributing to strategic recommendations for pharma and healthcare clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and analytics, to ensure paid media campaigns align with brand objectives and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist in managing campaign budgets, primarily managing paid media vendor invoicing, ensuring accurate pacing and invoice management.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with media vendors and platform partners to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging ad technologies, and best practices.
  • Support client communication, providing updates and insights on campaign performance and optimizations.
