As a Senior AE focused on onramps, you will: Own the full sales cycle end to end, from sourcing and outbound to closing and expansion. Proactively discover and engage crypto-native fintechs before they become obvious, including wallets, payment startups, infra providers, neobanks, and PSPs. Lead sales efforts specifically around fiat to crypto onramps, stablecoin rails, and wallet infrastructure. Close complex, high-impact deals ranging from early stage pilots to multi-year strategic contracts. Act as a trusted partner to founders, product leaders, and engineers, helping them design scalable fiat to crypto flows. Build long-term relationships across the crypto payments and fintech ecosystem. Develop deep product and technical knowledge, collaborating closely with product and engineering. Feed market, customer, and competitive insights back into GTM strategy and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • Deeply crypto-native
  • Chronically online and highly plugged into crypto Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and founder communities.
  • Actively tracks new startups, infra providers, and payment trends before they hit mainstream awareness.
  • Comfortable speaking fluently about stablecoins, wallets, onramps, compliance, and crypto payments.
  • Background in fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of fiat rails, KYC, compliance, and payment flows.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and close meaningful B2B deals in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience selling to founders, product teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who thrives with ownership and minimal structure.
  • Aggressive but thoughtful outbound mindset.
  • Uses AI and modern tooling to scale prospecting, follow-ups, and deal execution.
  • Comfortable diving into APIs, architecture discussions, and implementation details.
  • Able to confidently engage with engineers and product leaders.
