For more JCDecaux US information, visit www.jcdecauxna.com . The Role: JCDecaux is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional to expand our presence across the Greater Boston region. This is a remote role with the expectation that the candidate will spend approximately 50% of their time in the Boston metro area meeting with clients, agencies, and prospects. The Account Executive will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. This position offers a rare opportunity to sell into both local/regional and national advertisers while representing two major pillars of our business: Airports and Street Furniture. You’ll have the autonomy to build and shape a book of business in one of the country’s most competitive media landscapes, supported by the resources of a global OOH leader.

Requirements

  • Experience in OOH, media, or advertising sales; strong familiarity with the Boston advertising landscape is a plus.
  • Proven success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing business.
  • Self ‑ motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship ‑ building abilities and a talent for translating client needs into effective media solutions.
  • Analytical, solutions ‑ oriented thinker comfortable navigating fast ‑ paced environments.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of advertisers through proactive research, targeted prospecting, and outreach across industries with annual, seasonal, and short ‑ term advertising needs.
  • Develop strategic, value ‑ driven media recommendations for clients and agencies, creating campaigns that align with their objectives and leverage our airport and street furniture assets.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including pitching, negotiating, and executing contracts that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships while consistently identifying new opportunities to expand revenue.
  • Foster strong internal and external relationships to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and campaign execution.
  • Monitor inventory availability and prepare detailed proposals, grids, and follow ‑ up materials based on client requests and market conditions.
