About The Position

The Senior Account Executive for Global Scaled Solutions at Uber is responsible for driving sales revenue and managing accounts with enterprise customers in a new growth area. This role involves strategic direction, scaling, and go-to-market efforts for Uber's GSS services and solutions, working closely with a geographically diverse team to meet revenue targets and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a technology environment
  • 1+ years of experience selling data labeling/annotation, language services, and/or quality/testing or B2B sales experience at Uber
  • Experience selling new products or in new markets

  • Highly adept at Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Revenue/forecasting experience
  • Training in Challenger Sales Methodology
  • Proven track record of building and managing a multi-million dollar business
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target key customer segments, industries, and areas for revenue generation
  • Identify and secure new enterprise customers directly, establishing relationships with key decision makers
  • Meet revenue targets by seeking opportunities for GSS to make an impact
  • Identify opportunities for alternative go-to-market strategies
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, problem solving, and high standards
  • Conduct executive meetings, demonstrations, and sales calls as necessary
  • Strategically partner with account management, implementation, strategy, operations, and broader GSS team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the leadership team
  • Contribute to refining Uber GSS' offering based on evolving needs and industry trends
  • Represent GSS at regional conferences and events
  • Develop new ways of working and refine pitch narratives across the global team

Benefits

  • Base salary range of USD$142,000 - USD$158,000 for Chicago
  • Base salary range of USD$158,000 - USD$175,500 for New York and San Francisco
  • Eligibility to participate in Uber's bonus program
