Assist in the strategy, planning, coordination and execution of client’s sponsorship initiatives, contractual sponsorship fulfillment and asset management across properties, mainly in soccer, with some support for other partnerships and events. Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to client, its stakeholders, properties, partner agencies, internal 160over90 departments, media partners and any other relevant parties involved in the fulfillment and activation of client’s MLS sponsorship portfolio. Support Account Director in the annual development of client’s MLS marketing campaign and activation. Direct and coordinate activation implementation inclusive of content and media. Evaluate current portfolio, new sponsorship opportunities, and new media opportunities in order to provide POVs and recommendations. Experience working with planning tools and routines, including project timelines, budget tracking, logistics schedules, notes, etc. Working knowledge of experiential marketing / VIP hospitality events beyond basic knowledge and “how to” and ability to speak and strategize on staffing, training, logistics, execution and measurement Develop and actively manage vendor relationships to ensure best available resources and solutions to meet client objectives and budget Provide relevant research and insights to support, drive, and measure client’s business decisions and results. Own reporting process, documentation, maintain and complete updated program files and valuation across client’s sports sponsorship and experiential programs Vetting and managing talent for various promotional event appearances Prioritize, meet deadlines, report on key deliverables and show sound decision making
