Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in brokerage, consulting, insurance, or corporate benefits
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with healthcare industry clients preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and develop strong, consultative relationships
  • Manage all lines of employee benefits: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, voluntary benefits, and more
  • Oversee renewals including competitive marketing, plan design analysis, and contribution modeling
  • Act as a liaison with insurance carriers and advocate on behalf of clients
  • Prepare renewal presentations, financial reports, and plan performance reviews
  • Support client compliance with ACA, ERISA, and other regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate client data in HUB’s Agency Management System
  • Support wellness initiatives and coordinate health fairs, as needed
  • Mentor junior team members and provide back-up support to leadership when needed
