Job Description Sr. Account Executive, BPO Public Sector Sales Genesys has forged a new market sector and we are seeking extraordinary Account Executives who can be the catalyst for our continued growth and success. With personal impact and gravitas, you will be comfortable around the C suite customers. With a consultative selling approach, you will be able to position the full Genesys portfolio to the customer without effort. We expect you to step into the customers shoes to help them see how they can reap the benefits our products will bring them. You can do this because you will have a deep understanding of industry drivers, challenges and expected business outcomes. Our Account Executives work cross functionally, and across regions if required. They orchestrate internal teams as well as partners along the Sales Process to ensure the customer is provided with effective and knowledgeable service.
