Workato seeks highly motivated, entrepreneurial sellers to help found a new global business unit - the Agentic Team. The Agentic Platform business is a 'startup within the startup', with the mission to help companies meet the challenge of getting the fastest possible return in their business from AI and Agents. This business has already been a huge success with Workato customers and early adopters - it's time to scale it up. The team is made up of high performers and will hold a high standard as we grow. As an Agentic AI Senior Account Executive, you'll own the specialist role of cross-selling the Agentic Platform into existing customers and also directly pursuing new logos for the company. This role will be highly collaborative as we support the core Workato sales motion and work across functions like Product and Marketing to grow this business. You will own the full lifecycle of the sale including pipeline generation, qualification, and post-sales growth. In this role, you will also be expected to: Understand the Workato platform, Agentic/AI solutions and proposition at an elite level Discover customer needs and requirements with a high degree of command Seek out uncomfortable conversations and build trust with champions in your accounts Consume a constant information diet that makes you a credible authority to your customers Work on a fully distributed team with 10-20% travel for company, customer and industry meetings
