We’re looking for a Senior Account Director who can lead high-level client strategy while driving flawless execution across a large-scale 2026 project. This role will oversee key client partnerships at the executive level, ensuring alignment across strategy, staffing delivery, financial performance, and long-term relationship growth. This is a leadership role responsible not only for client satisfaction, but for team performance, operational excellence, and commercial success across the full lifecycle of the program. Position Summary The Senior Account Director serves as the executive lead for assigned client partnerships on this project. This role owns the overall account strategy, financial oversight, and relationship management while guiding Account Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. The Senior Account Director ensures alignment between client objectives and internal execution, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization. This individual partners closely with Project Directors, Regional Project Managers, Staffing, HR, and Finance to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard.
