The Dynata Account Management Director is primarily responsible for ensuring outstanding customer results in their day-to-day project-level needs. Moving beyond responsiveness, the Account Management Director builds relationships, anticipates client needs and constantly seeks to find creative solutions. The Account Manager is the front-line contact for our clients and has the responsibility to be able to understand the client need and coordinate the resources to quickly and efficiently solve the client issues. The Account Management Director will also be charged with building a high-performance account management team comprised of both junior and senior account managers.
