About the Role We are looking for an immediately available Senior Account Director (Medical Affairs), to join our Client Services team on a 12 month FTC. You will be responsible for overseeing the overall health of a growing high-value, global Med Affairs account. Reporting to the Senior Client Services Director, youâll focus on building and strengthening client relationships, identifying opportunities for organic growth, and ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standard. Youâll play a pivotal role in leading strategic planning for your accounts, supporting RFIs, RFPs, and pitches as needed. You will also lead and collaborate with an internal cross-functional team to drive seamless project delivery and ensure alignment with client objectives. With your broad experience managing large-scale accounts and navigating complex client needs, youâll also mentor junior members of the Client Service and Project Management teams, supporting their development as future leaders within the organization.
