About The Position
The Disability and Leave Services (DLS) Sr. Accommodation Consultant (SAC) plays a crucial role in supporting Amazon's Disability Leave Services team by managing complex accommodation cases and serving as a liaison between various stakeholders. This position is responsible for providing expert consultation on ADA-related matters, ensuring effective case management, and advocating for employees with disabilities. The SAC will work closely with HR partners, managers, and external vendors to facilitate a seamless experience for employees navigating leave and accommodation processes.
