About The Position

The Senior Academic Human Resources Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Offices of Human Resources and the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost. This position is responsible for advising on the administration of the faculty collective bargaining agreement and providing various professional human resources services. The analyst assists with key HR activities such as sabbatical leaves, performance reviews, and the management of academic personnel processes including reappointment, promotion, and tenure.

Requirements

  • Experience in human resources administration, particularly in an academic setting.
  • Knowledge of faculty collective bargaining agreements and related HR policies.
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR processes and provide guidance effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice regarding the administration of the faculty collective bargaining agreement.
