Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Requirements

• Typically a High School Diploma and 3 years work experience or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Metals Deposition / Thin Films experience.
• Plasma Dry Etch experience.
• Wet Etch experience.
• Mounting/Grinding Wafers experience.
• Photolithography experience.

Responsibilities

• Process production lots per FCS through specified process steps in a timely manner.
• Ensure that equipment is ready and qualified for production.
• Perform necessary calibration and test runs before committing equipment to production lots.
• Track production lots in PROMIS or/and in other records.
• Follow ESH rules and regulations; maintain hazard free work environment; follow Clean Room Practice.
• Communicate effectively both verbal and written with other employees.
• Perform other duties as required.
