About The Position
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Industrial Bulk and Specialty Gas Systems, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project outcomes within the semiconductor manufacturing sector. Your expertise will facilitate seamless coordination among stakeholders, guide technical discussions, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions. This position requires a self-driven, high-performing professional with a proven track record in the design and construction of semiconductor manufacturing facilities (Fabs). You will leverage your expertise in the design, development, and optimization of Industrial Bulk and Specialty Gas Systems for semiconductor facilities. Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing, and incorporating industry-leading practices and processes/tools, as well as providing training to our engineering and construction professionals. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to meet gas system requirements, facilitate technical conversations, evaluate project outcomes, and provide constructive feedback. You will propose innovative solutions to challenges, coordinate with project managers for smooth implementation, and provide technical guidance during client interactions. Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices will be crucial, as will ensuring adherence to industry standards. You will execute independent work on large projects, contribute to design and development using relevant procedures and standards, and communicate complex issues effectively while proposing viable solutions. Participation in safety and operability reviews, preparing estimates and work plans, and mentoring team members will also be key aspects of your role.
